New Stuff (March 28, 2008)There is a new calendar! All the Masonic organizations have calendars out there that can help us to prevent scheduling conflicts. Take a look and check in so that you know what is going on with Idaho DeMolay. Either use the link on the left or click here. We are also looking into using an electronic submission for Form 10. We hope that this will ease the use of paperwork, and make the process a bit easier for the chapters. I will update the website when we are up and running. Until then, you can still use the softcopy at the bottom of this page. Camp is Right Around the Corner (March 28, 2008)We haven't yet reached Conclave, and we are already looking towards camp. Here are the registration and consent forms, along with the camp webpages. The newsletter that you should have received in the mail by now also has some information in it. If you did not receive the newsletter, I may have a bad address for you. Please email me your correct information, along with your chapter, and I will update your address for future mailings. In the mean time, the newsletter is also below. Conclave, Conclave, Conclave!!Conclave is upon us! April 3-6, 2008. Here is the information that you need: New AEO of Administration (November 29, 2007)Chad Smith is the new AEO of Administration. Anything that used to be sent to Michael Pearson, now needs to be send to Chad. His information is on the State Staff page. Softcopy of Form 10 (August 27, 2007)There have been many requests for softcopies of the Form 10. There is now a document that you can fill out online, print and send in, or it can be emailed directly to DeMolay International. **Looking for Input** I am looking for some input from each of you. I would love for this website to become a true resource for our DeMolays and for chapters. First, I would like to hear what kind of information you would like available. Second, I would like you to send me anything that you think might be useful to others (previously created documents, activity ideas, letters, planning guides, tools of any kind. Even chapter pictures!). Also, let me know about events that have been successful, how they were done, etc. Send all to pearsong idahodemolay.org. |
